Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering with 1+ year of management experience.
• Proven experience building full-stack products (frontend, APIs, backend) with architectural complexities.
• Passion for mentoring and helping engineers grow in their careers.
• Product-focused mindset, caring deeply about customer impact.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drives change.
