United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned Manager of Customer Success to scale operations for the Public Sector, including onboarding, renewals, and strategic programs. You will partner with Sales and Operations to drive revenue growth, optimize processes, and deliver a high-quality user experience at scale.

With 5–8 years of relevant experience, you will lead a team of professionals, foster a One Team culture, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in operations, customer success, or related roles relevant to the public sector.
• Proven track record in leading teams (3+ people) and delivering client onboarding, renewals, and programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead a growing Customer Success team focused on the Public Sector.
• Drive onboarding, renewals, and program execution while aligning with Sales and Operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and monitor key KPIs.
