Job summary

XTB online investing, an international FinTech company active in France since 2010, is seeking an Office Manager in Paris to support the well-being and efficiency of our teams. The role is based at Tour Europlaza with 37h30 per week and one remote day per week, contributing to a smooth, productive office.

You will manage office operations, accounting tasks, IT equipment setup, admin files, supplier relations, and provide executive support to the General Manager, while driving internal

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment.
• Proactive, creative, and a source of proposals with energy to manage projects.
• Languages: Native-level French and professional English.
• Financial and accounting knowledge.
• IT knowledge.
• Ability to work in project mode.
• Natural confidentiality.

Responsibilities
