XTB France is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to support the Sales department based in Paris La Défense. You will handle inbound calls, identify client needs, and schedule meetings with potential clients.

You'll work under an Account Manager and a Team Leader, with internal training and career development opportunities. The role is a CDI contract with 1 day of remote work per week, in a dynamic financial environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• French fluency required.
• Bachelor’s level (Bac+2/3) or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain proactive.

Responsabilités

XTB France is now seeking a Junior Sales Representative to support the development of the Sales department based in Paris La Défense.

Responsibilities

• Active contact with new users of XTB’s investment solutions (mainly by phone).
• Identification of client needs and recommendation of suitable solutions based on XTB’s products and services.
• Follow-up calls and scheduling of in‑person meetings.
• Providing training on financial markets and on how to use XTB’s investment platforms.
• Evolving missions depending on departmental needs.
• No prospecting required - only inbound leads.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• French fluency.
• Persuasion ability and persistence.
• Proactive and flexible approach.
• Strong interest in the economic and financial sector.
• Comfortable using software tools (investment platforms, management tools, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Degree Bac+2/3 (equivalent to Associate’s/Bachelor’s level) preferred.
