Join MEDIAGENIX as a freelance People & Payroll Officer in Paris!

Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience and ensuring seamless HR operations? As a key member of our P² team, you’ll manage HR administration, payroll, and employee relations for our Paris office while helping shape our company culture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic international environment and enjoys combining precision in HR processes with people‑centered initiatives.

We are looking for a direct freelancer for a part‑time (80%) assignment.

As our People & Payroll Officer you will take up a variety of tasks:

HR Administration & Payroll
  • Handle personnel administration for the Paris office (e.g., DPAE declarations, updating the mandatory company register, sick leaves, absences, declarations, etc.).
  • Keep the SharePoint France HR information up to date.
  • Manage payroll for the Paris office with the support of the payroll toolPayFit
  • Administer employee benefits for the Paris office (health insurance, life/disability coverage, profit‑sharing plans, etc.).
  • You supervise staff‑related admin, maintain admin systems, and collaborate with departments such as P², Finance, Legal, and Business Support.
HR Project Support
  • Participate in the implementation of HR projects defined by the P² team.
  • Coordinate HR integration with P²: change management support, tool update
Recruitment + On & Off‑boarding
  • Support the recruitment process by preparing and maintaining offer letters and employment contracts for the selected candidates.
  • Contribute to onboarding program preparation to ensure successful integration of new employees.
  • Support offboarding processes in collaboration with the legal department to minimize HR and legal risks.
Legal Compliance & Social Dialogue
  • Collaborate with the legal team across various domains:
  • Compliance: relay legal updates in labour law to the legal department and ensure compliance with social regulations, legal obligations (health, safety, labour law, company agreements), and internal policies
  • Follow up/coordinate visa procedures (led by the HQ Legal Officer)
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures, including adapting global company policies to French‑specific context.
  • Support management in relations with the Social and Economic Committee (CSE)
M-Powered initiatives & Company Culture
  • Actively contribute to the quality of life at work and corporate culture development through initiatives led by the Bloom Squad.
  • Co‑organize team‑building events for the Paris office.
  • Co‑manage CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives.
