citizenM is seeking an on-duty manager / assistant hotel manager in Paris. You will lead a small team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maximize revenue while controlling costs. The role requires strong leadership, operations know-how, and a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities include overseeing check-in/check-out, maintaining hotel standards, coordinating with departments, and ensuring safety and compliance across shifts. A 2+ year managerial background and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of managerial/coaching experience.
• Must have valid work permit for France.
• Fluent in English; learning French encouraged.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable hotel environment.
• Coordinate reservations and handle admin matters.
• Lead and coach the team of ambassadors.
• Manage daily meetings and room functions where applicable.
