Staycity Group is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to shape the guest experience across our Paris-area properties. You will lead and coach a housekeeping team, ensuring rooms are presented to Staycity's high standards and SOPs are followed.

You have at least 2 years in hotel or hospitality, with hands-on housekeeping and team management experience, and you excel at attention to detail, organization, and motivating colleagues to achieve top results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel or hospitality, with prior housekeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-organize.
• Proficiency in leading and inspiring a housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and upholding SOPs for the Housekeeping department.
• Maintain property's presentation and hygiene standards, inspect rooms and support housekeeping duties.
• Lead, train and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
• Join Staycity and contribute to shaping the guest journey.
