Job summary

Staycity is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Disneyland Paris property to shape guest experience, drive performance, and lead multiple departments. This pivotal role sits on the GM succession pathway and develops the skills to lead a property of your own.

Fluency in English and French is required; CVs in English only. The AGM will oversee commercial results, financial performance, people leadership and operational excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a complex hotel/aparthotel or guest-led operation.
• Leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost management skills.
• Ability to use performance data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience performance and maintain high standards across the property.
• Take accountability for budgets, targets and commercial responsibilities.
• Lead recruitment, performance and succession planning for Heads of Department.
• Identify risks and drive actions to protect guest experience and operations.
• Lead property projects, system rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
