A leading travel company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to shape the recruitment strategy in a dynamic environment. This role involves partnering with executives to attract and retain talent, leading a high-performing team, and optimizing employer branding initiatives. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 3 in leadership. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote weeks, located in Aix-en-Provence, France.
As Head of Talent Acquisition youll play a key role in shaping the future of our recruitment strategy and employer brand . Youll work closely with C-level leaders & HRBPs to attract engage and retain the best talents across Europe - driving our growth with excellence and innovation.
Define and lead a global Talent Acquisition strategy fully aligned with our business ambitions and workforce plans.
Partner with hiring managers HRBPs and C-level executives to anticipate hiring needs and ensure a best‑in‑class recruitment process.
Challenge and optimize sourcing methods (internal & external) to attract top‑tier candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.
Oversee Employer Branding operations collaborating with Marketing and Communications to design impactful campaigns and promote employee advocacy.
Build and develop a high‑performing TA team fostering growth through innovation (AI in recruitment automation D&I initiatives).
Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs managing budgets and forecasts and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Lead innovative recruiting projects from graduate programs to automation and data‑driven decision‑making to position our organization as a best‑in‑class Talent Acquisition function.
