  • Previous experience working in a growing tech startup (ideally AI)
  • Proficiency with a GTM stack (Clay required or equivalent)
  • Ability to produce very high-quality data (contacts, numbers, targeting)
  • A thorough understanding of B2B Go-To-Market challenges
  • Fluent French
  • English: reading comprehension + startup jargon (not client-facing)

We’re now hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale our commercial engine, with a strong focus on the US market

The Role

As a GTM Engineer, you will build and operate the data engine that powers our outbound motion. Your job is simple :

help us win by finding the right companies, the right people, and the right signals — at scale.

Public data has never been more abundant, but turning it into actionable outbound intelligence is the difference between a company that wins and one that gets ignored. You will work at the intersection of data, vertical research, enrichment, and sales execution to create unfair advantages for the sales team.

You will :
  • Own data discovery for outbound: Identify and collect the right signals, attributes, and datasets to qualify prospects across verticals.
  • Define qualification criteria with Sales: Translate industry nuances into structured data rules (company size, tech stack, documents used, workflows, pains, roles to target, etc.).
  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure: Use scraping tools, enrichment APIs, datasets (Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, HeyReachn etc.), and internal logic to create precise, high-quality lead lists.
  • Develop repeatable workflows: Turn manual research into automated pipelines that can be run weekly, monthly, or on-demand.
  • Find new data sources: APIs, directories, industry lists, filings, job boards, certifications, compliance docs — anything that reveals a buyer with a real need.
  • Support verticalization: For each target sector, build a scalable framework: segmentation, triggers, titles, document types, and outbound angles.
  • Collaborate tightly with Sales: Ensure every AE and SDR has accurate lists, relevant context, and the right messaging hooks.
  • Instrument and track data quality: Monitor enrichment accuracy, coverage, bounce rates, ICP match, and feedback loops from sales.
  • Continuously improve precision: Iterate on the signals that correlate with meetings booked and deals won.

  • A reliable system that produces high-quality ICP lists for each vertical
  • Reduced research time for AEs / SDRs — from hours to minutes
  • Consistently higher outbound conversion rates
  • A repeatable, scalable engine that makes GTM motion sharper every month
  • Clear visibility into what data correlates with meetings and closed‑won deals
