Un leader européen des centres commerciaux situé à Paris recherche un profil hybride pour son équipe de gestion des talents. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en gestion ou communication et au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement axé sur les projets. Les responsabilités incluent la conception de solutions d'apprentissage, le déploiement d'activités de formation, et le soutien à la communication des talents. L'entreprise offre un environnement flexible et stimulant avec un engagement fort envers le développement professionnel.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience, idéalement dans un cabinet de conseil ou un environnement d'entreprise orienté projet.
  • Bonne compréhension des principes de formation et de développement des compétences.

Responsabilités

  • Analyser les besoins en développement des compétences et les traduire en parcours d'apprentissage.
  • Co-créer des modules avec des experts internes.
  • Développer des matériels d'apprentissage : e-learning, vidéos, présentations.
  • Participer à ou diriger le déploiement des programmes.
  • Gérer l'intégration du contenu sur la plateforme d'apprentissage Oracle.

Connaissances

Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
Capacité à transformer des idées en solutions d'apprentissage concrètes
Intérêt fort pour les sujets commerciaux (commerce de détail, gestion d'actifs)
Maîtrise des outils d'apprentissage : LMS, outils d'auteur, design graphique
Capacité à travailler en équipe, mentalité collaborative et agile
Anglais courant, une seconde langue est un plus

POSITION SUMMARY

Within the Group Talent Management team, and more specifically its in‑house University, we are looking for a hybrid profile combining training consulting, product marketing, and learning content creation. This role is part of a small, agile team where versatility, business curiosity, and a strong interest in tools and analysis are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Project Management of Learning Solutions
    • Analyze skill development needs and translate them into learning pathways.
    • Co‑create modules with internal experts (asset management, leasing, finance, legal, etc.).
    • Develop learning materials: e‑learning (Rise 360), videos, presentations, trainer guides…
    • Collaborate with external partners when needed.
    • Define success metrics and integrate them into the learning design.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall learning offer.
  • Deployment and Promotion of Training Activities
    • Participate in or lead program rollouts.
    • Monitor and improve performance indicators (dashboarding).
    • Support HR teams in content creation and program deployment.
    • Promote training activities : presentations, internal communication, event calendar…
  • Digital Learning
    • Manage content integration into the Oracle Learning platform.
    • Upload and update e‑learning modules.
    • Contribute to platform enhancements : user guides, process improvements, change management.
  • Communication & Talent Management Support
    • Define and execute communication plans for program launches and follow‑ups.
    • Support broader Talent communication initiatives : employer branding templates, engagement survey messaging, performance cycle communications…
Profile
  • Education & Expérience
    • Master's degree: business school, Sciences Po, communication or engineering school.
    • 5 years minimum of experience, ideally in a consulting firm or a project‑driven corporate environment.
    • Strong understanding of training and skill development principles.
  • Key Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to turn ideas into concrete learning solutions.
    • Strong interest in business topics (retail, asset management…).
    • Proficiency with learning tools: LMS, authoring tools, graphic design.
    • Team player, collaborative, agile mindset.
    • Fluent in English, a second language is a plus.
