Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and lead a global learning framework across regions from a fully remote position in France. You will collaborate with DBS leaders and regional teams to build scalable programs, strengthen sales capabilities, and ensure consistent execution of training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales.
• Experience designing and governing global training programs and competency frameworks.

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework and development plans.
• Align training priorities with regional leaders and DBS teams.
• Establish governance with standardized processes, content management, reporting, and learning platforms.
• Measure impact and provide insights to leadership for continual improvement.
