Norgine is seeking an experienced EU Regional Training Lead (Sales Trainer) to develop and deliver learning solutions that strengthen commercial excellence, customer engagement and leadership across Europe. You will drive ICE, KAM and Omnichannel frameworks, partner with leaders to close capability gaps, and evolve the Field Force Excellence Training Academy.

Fluency in English is required; German and French are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent English; German and French desirable.
Experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles.
Proven sales training delivery and coaching experience.
Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management.
Experience with LMS and CRM/CLM data-driven development.
Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsabilités

Design and deliver regional training and capability-building strategies.
Develop learning programmes covering commercial skills, product knowledge, customer engagement and leadership.
Drive adoption of ICE, KAM and Omnichannel frameworks across the region.
Partner with commercial leaders to identify capability gaps and implement development plans.
Lead the Field Force Excellence Training Academy evolution, onboarding and career development.
Use coaching and performance insights to improve learning effectiveness.
Ensure all training complies with quality, compliance and regulatory standards.
