Medtronic seeks a Training & Education Manager to lead clinical and technical training for Robotics sales, system implementation, and customer support across Western Europe. You will develop training programs for new hires and partner with field management to support ongoing sales team development.

The role involves up to 50% travel across Europe, with hands-on delivery at the IRCAD training center in Strasbourg, France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of combined experience in two or more relevant functions (medical device sales/marketing, clinical, training delivery)
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership, coaching and facilitation abilities; able to work in a global matrix organization
• Experience with project management, planning and organizing multiple complex projects

Responsabilités

• Identify training needs by collaborating with regional stakeholders to close skill or knowledge gaps
• Design and develop training courses with global/regional inputs
• Deliver clinical and technical content using blended, synchronous and asynchronous methods
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback to measure learning outcomes
• Foster cross-department collaboration to promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement
