Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Commercial Training Manager to design and deploy a global training framework for sales and commercial excellence. The role is fully remote in France, reporting to Global Commercial Operations, and requires deep experience in training strategy and governance across regions.

You will build a scalable learning ecosystem, ensure content relevance, and drive measurable improvements in sales capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales or related commercial leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Partner with regional leaders to align training priorities and drive accountability.
• Establish governance and operational excellence for training programs.
