STMicroelectronics is seeking a Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis leader to shape the global L&D portfolio and design end-to-end learning journeys. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and SMEs to translate performance gaps into structured objectives and scalable programs.

You will apply adult learning, journey mapping, and UX-design principles to create accessible, globally relevant learning experiences, blending digital and live formats for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate L&D/Center of Excellence and international governance across multiple regions.
• Ability to architect global learning portfolios and multi-touch journeys beyond single events.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders, HR, and SMEs to diagnose performance needs.
• Use of skills data, personas, and journey mapping to shape engaging experiences.
• Experience combining self-paced digital learning, live sessions, and on-the-job application.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders and HR to clarify performance gaps and success metrics.
• Own the global Core Skills portfolio of learning and development solutions.
• Conduct discovery and needs analysis using interviews, workshops, surveys, and data review.
• Translate business requirements into learning objectives, personas, and success criteria.
• Prioritize learning initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and learner needs.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys blending formal, informal, and social learning.
• Create experience blueprints aligned to onboarding, upskilling, and leadership growth.
• Apply learning sciences and behaviour change models to design impactful experiences.
• Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and globally relevant.
• Define success metrics and evaluation approaches for learning experiences.
• Promote a test-and-learn mindset and scale what works.
• Embed learning into workflows and support managers to apply new skills.
