You will design end-to-end learning journeys and architectures that blend digital, live, and social learning to drive lasting behavior change.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate L&D/COE with global governance.
• Ability to architect global learning portfolios and multi-touch journeys.
• Proven track record with senior leaders, HR, and SMEs.
• Use of skills data, personas, and journey mapping to shape experiences.
• Blended learning design across digital, live, and social formats.
• Experience applying UX and design to learning solutions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders and HR to clarify performance gaps and needs.
• Own the global Core Skills portfolio and learning solutions.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys and experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and content teams to structure content into flows.
• Define success metrics and evaluate learning impact.
• Embed learning into workflow and enable managers to reinforce skills.
