Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global framework across regions. The role reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations and is fully remote in France, enabling collaboration with DBS leaders and regional teams.

You will develop a scalable training strategy, build a repository of best practices, and ensure ongoing competency development for all commercial roles, driving measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management.
• 7+ years in Sales.
• Experience with global training programs and DBS is a plus.

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Establish training governance, measurement, and Train-the-Trainer networks.
