Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, is hiring a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and govern a global, scalable learning framework across regions, with emphasis on building a robust sales capability. The role is remote in France and reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations.

You will partner with DBS and regional leaders to drive training priorities, establish governance, and measure training impact, ensuring commercial teams perform at their highest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, Business Units, and DBS teams to align training priorities.
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes and platforms.
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities by tracking training effectiveness and providing insights to leadership.
