Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Global Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a universal commercial capability framework. The role requires 7+ years in Sales and a business/ training background, with remote work available in France.

You will partner across regions to standardize training, establish governance, and drive measurable improvements in sales performance while aligning with DBS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework, onboarding programs, and blended learning solutions across all regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework that defines required capabilities, assesses proficiency, identifies gaps, and drives development plans for all commercial roles.
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, Business Units, and DBS teams to align training priorities, ensure content relevance, and drive accountability for capability development.
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, compliance oversight, learning platforms, and Train‑the‑Trainer networks.
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities by tracking training effectiveness, monitoring competency progress, analyzing performance gaps, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
