An international recruitment agency is seeking a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users of a digital platform. This role requires native-level German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher. You will assist across multiple channels, ensuring high service quality and managing customer inquiries. The position offers a base salary of 1,100 € per month, performance bonuses, and a supportive working environment in Lisbon, Portugal. Start Date: 8 January 2026

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: On-site

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD – 6 months)

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 22:00 (rotational shifts)
  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Uber support up to 25.00 € for early shifts starting at 06:00
Role Overview

We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users of a digital-focused platform. This role is ideal for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding.

You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brands voice consistently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues
  • Handle interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels
  • Adapt tone and communication style for both private and public channels
  • Manage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processes
  • Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality
Candidate Requirements
  • Native-level German
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Mandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured, multi-channel support environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat)
  • Technical troubleshooting background
Compensation
  • Base salary: 1,100 € per month (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance bonus: 180 € for 12 months
  • Meal allowance: 7.23 € net per working day
