Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking sales professional to drive growth across the EMEA market, identifying opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. You will promote Cloud solutions and close deals while maximizing upsell opportunities and achieving targets.

You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in IT/Cloud.
• German fluent and English proficient.
• Proven ability to hit targets and KPIs.
• Experience with cold calling and prospecting.
• Familiar with Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of Cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Generate new business via outbound calls and emails.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Present Cloud solutions and demonstrate value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate pipeline growth.
• Maintain Salesforce forecasts and customer information.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in ongoing product training and development.
