Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a results-driven German-speaking Digital Sales professional to drive growth across the EMEA market. You will identify new opportunities, generate leads, and close deals while promoting Cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to expand the customer base, build relationships, and achieve ambitious targets. 40+ hours per week in Barcelona with relocation support for Spain relocation.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in IT/Cloud preferred.
• Fluent German with good English.
• Proven prospecting, cold calling and new customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Understanding of Cloud concepts (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Interest in Cloud technology and Google products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and engagement.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Present Cloud solutions and demonstrate business value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer data in Salesforce.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in ongoing product training and development.
