Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is hiring a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our international team. You will identify new business opportunities, engage clients, and help them achieve goals through tailored digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1+), strong English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–12 months in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management.
• Experience in outbound sales is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experience.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.
