Cross Border Talents in Barcelona, Spain seeks a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our international team. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and help them achieve their goals through tailored digital solutions.

In a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, stay ahead of digital marketing trends, and participate in world-class training and growth opportunities offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• German language fluency (C1+) with strong English.
• 6–12 months experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.
