Job summary

Boeva Tech is hiring a Tech Support SQL Specialist (Tier 1) for the French market. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, you will be the first line of defense for customers, resolving issues and guiding users through a sophisticated SaaS platform.

Fluent French and a B2 English level are required, with solid SQL knowledge. This temporary role includes on-site client visits and opportunities for renewal in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level French with strong written and verbal skills.
• Intermediate English (B2) for collaboration with global teams.
• SQL knowledge is required.
• Tech-savvy with interest in SaaS or fintech.
• Strong analytical thinking and customer-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or phone.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues; escalate when needed.
• Help users navigate the platform to its full potential.
• Use SQL to perform data checks and basic queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support quality.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
