Boeva Tech is hiring a Tech Support SQL Specialist (Tier 1) for the French market. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, you will be the first line of defense for customers, resolving issues and guiding users through a sophisticated SaaS platform.

Fluent French and a B2 English level are required, with solid SQL knowledge. This temporary role includes on-site client visits and opportunities for renewal in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Your Role

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or phone.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Help users navigate and optimize the platform to its full potential.
• Use your SQL knowledge to perform data checks, basic queries, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support quality and product performance.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction standards.

Compensation & Perks

For Local Candidates: 1,251.84 EUR gross/month

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Temporary, with real potential for renewal and long-term employment
• Trial Period: 1 month
• On-site visits: Required at most once per quarter (1 day during client visits)
