  • Daily contact with new and existing customers via telephone and email.

  • Use client data to offer custom recommendations.
  • Qualify businesses for handover to skilled account managers aimed at increasing customer revenue.
  • Utilize tools like MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication and sales activities.
  • Regularly gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our advertising products.
Qualifications
