Mercier Consultancy Group is actively seeking a French-speaking Advisor for an Online Payment Platform based in Bulgaria. You will provide high-level user support for a leading digital financial ecosystem, communicating in French across channels to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires native or fluent French and strong communication skills, with on-site work in Sofia. A valid EU passport is mandatory, and prior customer support or fintech experience is advantageous.
