Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking French-speaking professionals to join its Customer Support Services for opportunities in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a fully supported relocation package and a competitive compensation plan, in a vibrant international environment.

You will deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat, handle inquiries, log interactions in CRM, and collaborate with global teams to meet SLAs while maintaining excellent French communication.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide creative solutions.
• Experience in a contact center or service-oriented role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this position.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional, high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the brand voice of our global clients.
• Utilize internal CRM systems to accurately log interactions and document case resolutions.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows and contribute to service level agreement targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
• Maintain a high standard of professional communication in French to ensure a premium customer experience.
