Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. You will provide expert assistance to international clients via phone, email, and live chat, representing major brands with professionalism and empathy.

Native or fluent French is mandatory, and a valid EU passport is required. English proficiency is needed for corporate reporting and internal communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Experience in Customer Support/ BPO or similar services is preferred.
• Proactive, customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Represent major international brands while maintaining professional communication standards.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and resolve service-related challenges with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in the internal database for tracking and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
• Stay updated on service protocols and best practices to ensure excellence.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction and high retention.
