Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst for relocation to Bulgaria. You will monitor content, analyze policy-violation reports, and work with international teams to ensure safety standards. Fluent French is mandatory, and a EU passport is required for relocation.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or customer support is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content on global social media platforms to ensure community standards are upheld.
• Analyze complex reports regarding policy violations, including harassment and misinformation.
• Maintain a safe digital environment by taking proactive measures against harmful trends.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine safety protocols and escalation procedures.
• Provide linguistic and cultural expertise for French-speaking markets to ensure accurate content interpretation.
• Track and report emerging safety risks to management and ensure quality benchmarks.
• Participate in strategy sessions to improve workflow within safety teams.
