Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Player Support Specialist for Gaming Account in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will address players via email, chat and social media, troubleshoot account issues and in-game transactions, and deliver an exceptional user experience while staying up-to-date with current titles and trends.

Join a global Gaming & Esports organization and relocate with full support. Fluency in French is mandatory; EU work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• EU passport or eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
• Experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
• Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports industry.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality support to players via email, chat, and social media channels within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, account access, and in-game transaction inquiries with speed and precision.
• Ensure an exceptional user experience by maintaining in-depth knowledge of current gaming titles and community trends.
• Collaborate with the trust and safety team to monitor game chat and maintain a healthy community environment.
• Assist players with game updates, patch notes interpretation, and event-related troubleshooting.
• Document recurring technical bugs and provide feedback to developers to improve the overall gaming experience.
• Engage with the gaming community to foster loyalty and promote positive brand sentiment.
