You will join a global leader in digital entertainment, with fully paid relocation, comprehensive training, health insurance, and a monthly salary. Native French, an EU passport, and strong analytical skills with prior back-office or customer support experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Deep interest in Gaming & Esports industry and digital trends
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in administrative, back-office, or customer support roles is highly preferred
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment in Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve complex account inquiries and transaction issues for premium gaming clients
• Ensure high-quality back-office support for French-speaking players to maintain exceptional gaming standards
• Monitor and analyze gaming platform trends to proactively identify potential technical disruptions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall player experience within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem
• Adhere to strict data security and compliance protocols to safeguard player information
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows and internal documentation
• Assist with quality assurance testing for new game features and platform updates before regional deployment
