Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist for our Sofia, Bulgaria team. The role focuses on handling French inquiries, maintaining security and billing support, and collaborating with international teams to improve player experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to facilitate communication within the international office.
• Experience in back-office support or customer relations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve complex user inquiries via email and ticket systems for the French-speaking gaming community.
• Monitor gaming platforms for policy violations and ensure fair play for all users.
• Analyze player trends and feedback to improve gaming experience.
• Handle account-related concerns, including security verification and billing support.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes in Gaming & Esports.
