Cbtalents is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers via phone, email, chat and other digital channels. You will handle orders, accounts, products and services, delivering accurate and timely assistance while maintaining records in internal systems.

You will communicate effectively in French and English, collaborate with other teams, and continually learn about our products. A relocation-friendly opportunity is offered to eligible candidates, with an onsite office environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
• Motivation to develop professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share feedback to drive service improvements.
• Keep knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training.
