Cross Border Talents in Lille, France seeks a Customer Specialist to deliver professional support across orders, accounts, products, and services. You will assist customers by phone, email, chat, and digital channels, guiding them to solutions and ensuring a positive experience.

Fluent in French and English, customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn in travel. Relocation support and onsite office are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
