Fluency in French and good English are required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese permit. This role offers relocation support and an onsite, international office environment in France.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support is required.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve service.
• Keep knowledge up to date through training and learning.
