What You'll Be Doing Your Role as a French Customer Advisor

You’ll be the first point of contact between customers and a world‑renowned brand, making sure their questions are answered, their issues resolved, and their day made better.

• Support customers by phone, chat, or email in French
• Solve technical or general issues using documentation and training tools
• Represent the brand with clarity, care, and professionalism
• Recommend solutions and educate users where possible

Must-Have Skills:

• Fluent in French
