Job summary

Alan is expanding its Care team in France and seeks an Onboarding Manager to ensure a seamless transition for our largest clients during onboarding. You will train HR and Payroll admins, manage payroll integration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges quickly.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively in French and English, demonstrate strong ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This role offers a flexible remote option and permanent contracts.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in B2B roles such as Customer Success, teaching, or communication.
• Excellent French writing and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Written and spoken French and English at a high level.
• Strong organization and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive onboarding workshops for HR and Payroll admins on Alan's dashboard.
• Manage complex processes like payroll integration, employee affiliation and billing setup.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Customer Success, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales and Engineering to ensure a smooth onboarding.
• Address issues proactively to support seamless onboarding for large clients.
