Job summary

Alan is hiring a Pre-Sales professional to strengthen Enterprise and Public sector Sales. You will master our platform, understand prospects’ needs, and tailor Alan’s healthcare solutions. Your role includes contributing to RFPs, supporting the sales team, and acting as the voice of the customer for roadmap development.

You will coordinate complex onboardings and travel as needed, with a requirement of 6+ years in SaaS and fluency in French and English. Based in Paris or Île-de-France region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a SaaS environment with at least 3 in Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / Solution Consultant.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Ability to travel to Paris on short notice for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Master the platform and support Sales with insights and relevant tools.
• Listen to prospects’ needs and tailor Alan’s offerings accordingly.
• Understand prospect alignment with our capabilities.
• Contribute to RFP submissions and coordinate with Sales, Insurance and Product experts.
• Engage in the customer acquisition journey and evangelize our services.
• Be the voice of the customer for Alan’s roadmap.
• Prepare handovers for onboarding and coordinate complex onboardings.
