Jobtailor is seeking an onboarding specialist to ensure seamless transitions for major clients during onboarding. You will lead workshops, train HR and Payroll admins on Alan dashboards, and manage payroll integration and billing setup.

The role requires proactive collaboration with multiple teams and a passion for solving member challenges, with strong French and English proficiency and excellent communication throughout all channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Passion for helping others and solving member challenges.
• Comfort with digital tools and technology.
• Able to train admins and run onboarding workshops.
• Strong ownership, autonomy and fast learning.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication, both in writing and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Serve as dedicated Alan specialist during onboarding for key clients.
• Handle admin requests in a meaningful, timely manner.
• Lead onboarding workshops and train HR/Payroll admins on Alan dashboards.
• Manage payroll integration, employee affiliation and billing setup.
• Collaborate with Key Account, Customer Success, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to process improvements, tool optimization and organizational methods.
