Steerlab is hiring a GTM Engineer to design and run an AI-native go-to-market system that spans prospecting, qualification, and CRM sync. You will automate outbound workflows, ensure high deliverability, and maintain clean data across marketing and sales tools.

You’ll prototype growth experiments, wire integrations via APIs, and collaborate across teams to scale pipeline performance, reporting, and impact.

Qualifications

3+ years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or adjacent roles with systems that stood up to real use.
AI-first mindset; familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI tooling.
Able to wire tools and data with APIs/webhooks to automate real work.
Experience building outbound and deliverability pipelines and email automation.

Responsabilités

Build and operate the GTM autopilot, from prospecting to CRM sync, delivering qualified meetings.
Create automated outbound sequences with scalable personalization and reliable deliverability.
Develop data pipelines connecting marketing tools, CRM, and sales tooling, as headless system of record.
Build growth experiments (widgets, ROI calculators) to lift conversion and pipeline.
Identify what to automate next and drive execution with minimal supervision.
