RemoteLeads is seeking a senior outbound specialist to build and optimize outbound workflows across email, LinkedIn, and calls. You will capture and enrich leads, score and route prospects, and sequence outreach with messaging that scales to North America and EMEA.

The role requires strong copywriting, experience with ZoomInfo, Lemlist, Clay, and Salesforce, and a data-driven mindset focused on pipeline impact and ARR growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building an outbound machine from scratch and measuring impact on pipeline, ARR, and conversion rates.
• Experience automating lead workflows, including capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and sequencing.
• Comfort with ops tools, APIs, webhooks, and no-code or low-code tooling.
• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Clay, Lemlist, and a modern CRM such as Salesforce.
• Ability to turn intent signals into prioritized, high-quality prospect lists.
• Strong copywriting and sequencing skills with messaging tested at scale.
• Fluent English and ability to operate across North America and EMEA.
• Systematic, analytical, resilient, and fully accountable for performance metrics.
• Experience in adtech or martech, especially server-side tagging, is preferred.
• Familiarity with privacy and consent technology is preferred.

• Create high-quality, prioritized prospect lists based on intent signals.
• Improve copy, sequences, and messaging through testing at scale.
