Verso is hiring its founding GTM to build and own the growth engine: outbound, inbound and events, powered by AI and automation.

This is a 360 role, hands-on across channels. You’ll create and run the motion, tie it to pipeline for the founders and any sales hire to close.

You are fluent in French and English, with 4+ years of GTM experience building full-funnel growth for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of GTM experience in building full-funnel growth.
• Experience with enterprise, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Hands-on mindset; comfortable doing the work.
• Familiarity with AI/automation in growth workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own outbound and inbound motion and events to feed pipeline.
• Design sequences, tooling, and messaging for target accounts.
• Coordinate with founders and the sales hire to close deals.
• Measure funnel performance and optimize channels.
