RIOT in Paris is looking for a GTM Engineer / Growth Outbound Manager to own the outbound growth engine, designing data pipelines, tooling, and playbooks that translate market signals into a predictable, high‑quality pipeline.

Join the Growth team to build sourcing flows from Clay and Sales Navigator to HubSpot, set up enrichment automations, and orchestrate multi‑step outreach with Lemlist across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running outbound or growth experiments in a B2B SaaS context.
• Fluency with HubSpot or another CRM tool, enrichment tools, and a sequencing platform (Clay and Lemlist).
• Experience stitching together GTM tools using APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
• Motivated by our cybersecurity mission.
• Full professional proficiency in English and native proficiency in French.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage sourcing flows from Clay and Sales Navigator to feed HubSpot with new, relevant accounts and contacts.
• Set up and improve enrichment automations, collaborating with the CRM Manager to maintain high data accuracy.
• Design and implement an outbound orchestration platform with scoring, segmentation, and lead routing architecture.
• Manage outbound activation through Lemlist, creating personalized, multi‑step, multi‑channel outreach sequences.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
• Drive innovation, building creative outbound motions, iterating on signals and intent activation, and leveraging LLMs to improve efficiency.
• Document playbooks, train the Sales team on best practices, and facilitate feedback loops with AEs, BDRs, and Team Leads.
• Contribute to launch of new geographies by surfacing the right segments, testing playbooks, and deciding who, where, how, and when to reach.
