Hostaway is seeking a Lead AI GTM Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that accelerate our global marketing team. You will own end-to-end agent workflows, integration across platforms, and ROI measurement.

This senior individual contributor role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring API work, platform evaluation, and effective communication with senior marketing leaders. Remote within Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications.
• Experience with AI agents and workflows that improve team performance.
• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI/GTM platforms.
• Ability to connect systems via APIs and data flows.
• Understanding of modern B2B marketing across brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations.
• Comfort with cost-benefit analysis of automation and platform selection.
• Experience with APIs, web scraping, and turning external data into structured inputs.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including agents, multi-step workflows, automations, and internal tools.
• Own build-vs-buy decisions by evaluating emerging AI and GTM platforms, testing capabilities, and selecting when to implement off-the-shelf vs. custom.
• Integrate AI agents and workflows with marketing platforms, data sources, APIs, and internal systems.
• Build an email automation workflow connecting to platforms like HubSpot to deploy emails.
• Establish AI evaluation and quality standards and improve production workflows.
• Optimize token usage, API costs, infrastructure, and human effort.
• Stay ahead of emerging models and agent frameworks to turn developments into practical advantages.
