Spendesk seeks a results-driven GTM Ops professional to own AI-driven acquisition systems and analytics. You will build automated pipelines, own the acquisition funnel metrics from signal to win, and challenge leadership with data-backed insights.

You will translate GTM needs into Salesforce specs, contribute to pricing discussions, and drive cross-functional initiatives with velocity and rigor. You will collaborate with top executives to ensure pipeline integrity and strategic GTM execution

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, or Sales Strategy in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of data-driven decisions with insights, not just reports.
• Comfortable using Salesforce data to fuel business insights.
• Hands-on AI solutions builder with experience shipping automations.
• Deep familiarity with modern outbound and acquisition tooling.
• Comfortable presenting to SVP and C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English, EU-wide GTM operation.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify and deploy AI solutions that reshape how we prospect, enrich, score, and route leads.
• Own acquisition funnel metrics from first signal to closed-won; build models explaining movements.
• Translate GTM needs into clear Salesforce specs and validate outputs.
• Contribute to pricing discussions with data-driven insights on packaging and ICP sensitivity.
• Participate in GTM planning cycles with a point of view and drive cross-functional projects.
