A leading technology company based in Paris seeks a First Line Manager to lead Firefly Product Specialists. This position is pivotal in achieving strategic sales goals and driving success within Digital Media Enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have substantial enterprise sales experience, demonstrated people leadership skills, and an ability to engage with C-level executives. The role focuses on mentoring specialists, executing sales strategies, and building customer relationships to promote Adobe's innovative AI offerings.

  • Experience leading and developing sales professionals.

Responsabilités

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Firefly Sales Specialists.
  • Empower the team to demonstrate effective solution selling.
  • Collaborate to execute sales strategies for Adobe Firefly.
  • Manage solution-level reporting and pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain a robust partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with marketing for targeted activities.
  • Share and build customer references and value metrics.
