About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will play a key role in providing accurate financial and operational insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This position is primarily based in Lyon, near Part-Dieu, reinforcing our expertise hub, with regular travel to Paris (approximately once every 2–4 weeks) and occasional trips to Germany and Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and relevant financial and operational performance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Supervise monthly reporting with the Group’s European subsidiaries.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Contribute to business plans and financial models; actively participate in strategic operations.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve financial and operational performance.
• Collaborate with operational teams to assess project performance, including margin analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and data quality.
• Support Finance Department projects and initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Education : Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience : Proven track record in financial controlling, including expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, revenue tracking, cost control, and group-level accounting.
• Strong knowledge of performance indicators and ability to design and monitor KPIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize meetings, prepare presentations, and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; experience with financial management software.
• Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.
